Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Technician you will be part of a multi-disciplined diagnostic team responding to breakdowns & completing planned maintenance working 12hr days. You will support the departments Shift Management team (Production and Engineering) to ensure Safety, Quality and Production Plans are all met. The Role: Report to the Team Leader Engineering on all matters regarding the maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment. Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance activities on all aspects of plant and equipment on site. Deputise for Team Leader Requirements A recognised engineering apprenticeship (Preferably HNC but minimum ONC level or equivalent). Knowledge and experience of industrial systems such as: Hydraulic systems Pumps, drives and gearboxes Heavy machinery Water cooling systems Material handling systems Dust extraction systems Robotics and PLCs Vacuum Systems AC & DC circuits The Working Pattern of the Electrical Technician is 12-hour Day shifts.
