Mechanical engineer

I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for mechanical maintenance engineer to work on a commercial static site in Central London Salary Range: £45,000 optional overtime Location: Static site in Central London, commercial office Monday - Friday and shift available Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, including all on-site HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, and general plumbing maintenance. Reactive maintenance Mechanical Fault-Finding AHUs FCUs Pumps - (seals, bearings, valves) Motors - (re-winds, overhauls) Cooling Towers Plumbing Chillers Boilers Qualifications: NVQ / C&G Level 3 in mechanical engineering, plumbing & heating and/or Level 3 mechanical/pluming apprenticeship Building service experienceRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
