There will also be regular assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, deliver, and assess creative and engaging lessons for KS1 students. • Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of the class .• Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records. • Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment. • Work closely with teaching assistants to provide support to students. • Foster positive relationships with parents and keep them informed of their child’s progress. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .• Experience teaching KS1 students in a primary school setting. • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS1. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .• A passion for nurturing and inspiring young learners.
