KS1 Teacher Are you a passionate KS1 Teacher looking to make a real impact in a small, friendly primary school? About the Role: As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a class of enthusiastic young learners, helping them develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and personal development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning engaging lessons, monitoring pupil progress, managing classroom behavior, and working closely with parents to ensure the best outcomes for your students. There will also be regular assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, deliver, and assess creative and engaging lessons for KS1 students. • Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of the class .• Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records. • Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment. • Work closely with teaching assistants to provide support to students. • Foster positive relationships with parents and keep them informed of their child’s progress. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .• Experience teaching KS1 students in a primary school setting. • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS1. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .• A passion for nurturing and inspiring young learners.
