Behaviour Mentor

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in North-West London. The successful candidate will need to be available full-time and have experience supporting children and young adults with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. Position: Behaviour Mentor Location: Brent, North West London Pay: £90 - £125 per day (PAYE) depending on experience Start Date: April 2025. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEMH in small group and 1:1 settings. Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours. Provide emotional and academic support to students. Work closely with teaching staff to implement behaviour management strategies. Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback to senior staff.What is a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU)?
