Certification Details Registered with American Occupational Therapy Association IL State Licensure Current BCLS certification Job Details Permanent Full Time position for Occupational Therapy at Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital. Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program; no experience necessary. Schedule Information Must be able to work beyond traditional work hours on all shifts and on weekends and holidays as needed. Unit Specific Information Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Coordinates, delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff. Participates in operational aspects of the department, performance improvement activities, and QA activities. Infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety program participation. Additional Details Student Loan repayment and/or Signing Bonus may be available.
