We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Implementations to join our Treasury Services Client Implementations team. This role is in Pune, MH – HYBRID In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Collects and defines requirements using documented processes. Executes User Acceptance Test plans and tests system modifications. Prepares test artifacts like test plans, strategies, and completion reports. Independently delivers small to medium complexity programs. Suggests automation ideas within projects. Collaborates with users and peers on planning, implementing, and supporting applications. Provides design support to software and application development teams. Completes risk and resiliency documentation with assistance. Coordinates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders. Offers data-driven recommendations and reports. Supports and trains other chapter members. Facilitates training and guidance to the technical team. Writes scope documents, business requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Expertise in payments testing, including CBPR ISO 20022, Fin Plus, MT, CHIPS, and FED legacy formats. Validates payment messages for compliance with ISO 20022 standards. Manages and executes comprehensive test cases. Simulates real-world scenarios to test system responses. Identifies and reports errors/defects in messages. Conducts integration testing with external systems. Designs and maintains automated test scripts. Performs regression testing for system updates. Creates and maintains detailed test documentation. Works closely with cross-functional teams to integrate testing processes. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Expertise in Software Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Experience in Agile methodology. Knowledge of the Payments domain. Experience using Jira and Confluence for Test management and Defect management. Proven experience in testing payment systems, preferably with a focus on ISO 20022 standards. Strong understanding of financial messaging standards and protocols. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with test case management and message simulation tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
