This is a unique opportunity to take on dynamic challenges and develop your skills in a vibrant, international environment As part of our HR team, you will work closely with the HR Manager, providing support for all processes related to the end-to-end Employee Lifecycle and the system supporting them. You will play a key role in managing HR processes and payroll activities to deliver an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities Time and Attendance: support employees with time and attendance in our system, Zucchetti. Internal Payroll: close time and attendance, check that everything is correct in our system, Zucchetti. Update HR handbook with new systems, policies, rules, legislation. Update new joiner onboarding presentation pack with new systems, tools, processes, rules. Support managers with HR processes. Manage Internal communication (presentations to employees, emails, LinkedIn posts). Support Country Director with PowerPoint presentations. HR Reporting. Key Requirements A Master’s degree in Economics, Humanities, or a related field (specialization in HR is a plus). Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). A flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset. A passion for teamwork and achieving results in a collaborative environment.
