Job Description

The Technical Services team is at the heart of the Doctolib ecosystem. Its mission is to improve the user experience by optimizing the link between customers and Engineering teams. Your role will be to bring your technical expertise to: 1) Sales and Support teams (in charge of installing Professionals) Manage and optimize practitioner data integration to ensure smooth import into Doctolib systems. Ensure high-quality technical support for the sales teams during practitioner onboarding (city offices, hospitals, clinics). Ensure proper functioning and interoperability of Doctolib services. Assist in developing and evolving launch processes to streamline technical setups. Collect and document issues, managing technical escalations to product teams. Provide technical guidance and solutions to overcome onboarding challenges. 2) Engineering teams: Assist product and feature teams in bug investigation and resolution. Collect field feedback and share meaningful insights with product teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of data integration processes (analyze, identify, resolve, and improve). Collaborate with sales, customer support, and development teams to improve product functionality and document technical issues. 3) Business Intelligence (BI) and Machine Learning (ML) Contribution: Provide technical insights for BI topics such as data analysis, reporting, and dashboards. Contribute to basic ML integration support where applicable, working with technical specialists to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Who you are You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. You have at least 2 years of experience in technical support, able to identify and characterize anomalies and develop initial investigations. Good spoken and written English and Italian. Hard skills: Strong understanding of application architectures, interfaces, and data flows. Experience using ETL tools and working with data formats like JSON, CSV, SQL. Proficiency in SQL and E/R database structures. Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Python coding. Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Knowledge of testing tools and best practices for both desktop and mobile applications. Familiarity with BI tools and frameworks is a plus. Soft skills: Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences (e.g., explaining a technical issue to a non-technical audience).
