[Keppel Internship Programme 2025] Intern, Asset Management (May - Aug 2025)

JOB DESCRIPTION Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.\n\nThis role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.\n\nTogether, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into Real_Estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.\n\nThe intern will be responsible in the following:\n• Assist in analysing and implementing effective Lease Management in areas like deal structuring, renewal & retention strategies, client & asset risk assessment eg. Know Your Clients, arrears monitoring, property tax management\n• Assist in reviewing AEI, asset valuation for the asset under management\n• Co-ordinate initiatives for the team across countries in the areas like Compliance, Environmental, Social & Governance, Health Safety and Environment, BCP, Audit etc.\n• Prepare & consolidate budgets and periodic forecasts relating to net property income and capital expenditure of the portfolio, variance analysis with review of actual performance against budget and strategies\n• Reporting - Consolidate and analyse data at individual property and portfolio level for periodic and ad hoc result announcements / investor meetings, Prepare monthly and quarterly reports outlining performance by property and portfolio levels for internal management/trustee\n• Assist in preparation of company annual reports and circularsterly and annual reporting \n\nLearning Outcomes:\n• Learn more about the emerging field of sustainability\n• Learn more on ESG-related issues JOB REQUIREMENTS Job Requirements:\n• Familiarity with MS Excel / PowerPoint / Word.\n• Self-motivated and resourceful team player, with the ability to work under limited supervision.\n• Task-oriented and able to work in a fast-pace environment\n• Financial modeling experience will be advantageous\n• Accuracy/ attention to details and strong quantitative skill\n\nLI-LG1 BUSINESS SEGMENT Real Estate PLATFORM Fund Management
