AVP / VP, Syndications

Our client is an established bank looking to add a new headcount into their Structured Finance team, focusing on Syndications. Reporting to the Syndications Team Lead, he / she will be responsible for supporting the initiation, preparation, processing and execution of Global Structured Finance transactions for the Group’s private corporate and institutional (including government) clientele and thereby facilitating growth and expansion of the corporate banking business. He / she will act as one of the Transaction Officers who will be required to support the timely and proper execution of Global Structured Finance transactions assigned to the team by the Regional Head Global Structured Finance or the SVP Corporate & Institutional Banking. He / she will also be responsible for undertaking special tasks and assignments given by the VP Global Structured Finance. Required Skills / Experience : University graduate preferable with a major in Law, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Marketing. At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate banking industry or related fields. Well-informed of the market dynamics and competitive structure, industry environment, practices and rules and regulations for the corporate banking customer segment. Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English and applicable local language highly preferred.
