This internship will give you an opportunity to gain first-hand experience in launching an annual disclosure microsite (in both English and Chinese) and will involve content and site planning, stakeholder management and project development. The Temasek Review is Temasek's annual disclosure of our portfolio performance and a public marker that is shared with local and international stakeholders. The launch of the Temasek Review is supported by an extensive marketing and communications campaign across owned, earned, and paid channels that includes media engagements in Temasek's key markets, production of printed Temasek Reviews (in English and Chinese), social media activations, as well as print and digital advertisements. Responsibilities Contributing to the ideation, creatives, and user experience of the microsite, ensuring content and details are well-executed in the lead-up to launch, and in a timely manner Project management: Facilitating information exchange with vendors and workstreams crucial to the progress; working with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely progress and completion of deadlines Support training and conducting of User Acceptance Testing for the Microsite Working closely with various workstreams within the Public Affairs function to support and launch the microsite Process documentation in the run up to and post-launch Requirements University undergraduates pursuing any of these majors/degrees: Communications Studies, Journalism, Mass Communication, Film & Media, Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Accountancy and Finance. We also welcome applicants from other liberal arts disciplines such as Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Chinese Studies, and Linguistics. Basic proficiency in website production and content curation Working proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Prior internship experience(s) at a public relations agency or an organisation's Corporate Communications/ Marketing/ Public Affairs department will be considered a strong plus. Familiar with or demonstrates keen interest in new digital media and means of communication Demonstrate critical thinking, curiosity, resourcefulness, and an eagerness to learn Meticulous and detail-oriented with the ability to identify, manage, and resolve issues Comfortable with ambiguity; self-motivated, and proactive Demonstrate discipline and resilience in being able to work long hours and within tight deadlines Possess integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of company-sensitive information. Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 10 to 12 weeks, starting earliest from end April 2024 till early August, and will still be enrolled with a recognised university by the end of the internship.
