Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source potential candidates through online channels, including social media and professional networks. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including reference checks, salary negotiations, and offer letters. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information. Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate or similar role for 2 years . Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Crypto/Exchange experience are preferred; Other industries are also acceptable, but experience in Product/R&D etc. is required.
