Job Description

Responsibilities: Assist with Asset count and verification. Receptionist standby as and when required. Assist contractors working onsite to comply with site requirements and Health & Safety. Assist with running building Projects such as departmental moves and office refurbishments. Assist with Building site maintenance on Assets and Equipment. Schedule Safety and Facilities monthly meetings with suppliers. Draft Safety & Facilities minutes. Co-ordinate annual Safety Trainings. Conduct daily Building site walks. Be part of ongoing innovation within the Facilities and Safety Industry by implementing best practices. Conduct Daily meter readings. Printing and Filling documents. Attend Facilities & Safety Meetings. Updating weekly Project schedules. Assist Finance with Stock count as and when required Creating Purchase Orders and updating Purchase Orders Tracking sheet. Requesting quotations from suppliers. Ensure Purchase Orders are release in accordance with SAP Purchase Order approval release strategy. Sending approved Purchase Orders to suppliers. Extract monthly Open Purchase Order report from SAP. Monitor and follow up on open orders. Ensure all supplier file supporting documents in line with compliance requirement check list. Support Internal staff on request for quotation for stationery & PPE clothes. Update BBBEE information on the system. Monitor and follow up on open orders. Attend department regular meetings. Maintaining good supplier relations Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
