Are you an experienced project leader with expertise in managing creative, integrated, or digital projects? This role offers the chance to work with a leading healthcare communications agency, where you’ll oversee diverse projects and play a key role in delivering exceptional client campaigns. About the Role: As a Project Director , you’ll lead complex, multi-channel projects for a variety of clients, ensuring seamless delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, timing, and budget control. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to innovative healthcare campaigns, provide expert guidance, and mentor project managers to achieve success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns, including digital, print, film, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Support and mentor project managers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment. Manage budgets, scopes of work, and financial reporting, ensuring project profitability. Contribute to process optimisation and implement best practices across the project management function. What You’ll Bring: You have extensive experience managing large-scale projects in a creative, integrated, or digital environments. Experience working in a creative medical communications agency. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding £500k. Experience working on 360 campaigns, including websites, apps, social media, print, and interactive experiences. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and mentoring project managers. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
