Looking for a candidate who is electrically qualified and has experience working within critical environments. Responsibilities / Skills You will be fully responsible for the operation and maintenance of critical / essential mechanical and electrical equipment within environment, ensuring no loss time incidents or impact to business continuity. Advise the Facilities Management Team of changes in critical environment requirements A good, all-round knowledge of Generators, electrical systems, UPS, Chiller Heating & Ventilation / Air Conditioning and building management systems and their methods of control. High Voltage experience – desirable Electrician with recognised qualifications (apprenticeship, HND, C&G) 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations Previous experience in operating critical environments - desirable IOSH or equivalent H&S training Understanding of water hygiene (L8) - desirable BMS Controls experience / HVAC experience - desirable Operational experience of UPS, Standby Power and Critical Environment Cooling Support critical environment related technical audits
