Sales Operations Intern - Paris, office based Job Description Duration: February 3rd, 2025 – July 31st, 2025 (6 months) Chain of Events, the organizer of Paris Blockchain Week (PBW) and RAISE , is seeking a Sales Operations Intern for a six-month internship, to join our dynamic and diverse international team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting two premier events: PBW : A leading gathering for experts in Blockchain, Web3, and Crypto. RAISE : An exclusive, cross-industry summit designed for leaders aiming to drive AI innovation across various sectors. About us Chain Of Events is a Paris-based company founded to organise Paris Blockchain Week (10,000 attendees, 300 sponsors, 500 speakers, 400 journalists and media). Paris Blockchain Week explores the latest developments in blockchain technology, its potential applications across a range of industries and total immersion into the Web3 universe for business– the place par excellence where community leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, developers meet to explore future possibilities, from gaming and collectibles to art and fashion. The renowned Paris Blockchain Week held its 5th edition as a live event from 8 to 12 April 2024 in the Carrousel du Louvre, Paris and online via a dedicated digital platform. Since its inception in 2019, PBW has established itself as a global meeting place for those currently in or exploring blockchain to engage in thought-provoking discussions on the digital assets industry at large. Supported by some of the leading figures in tech and politics, PBW will accelerate the growth of blockchain and digital assets in France and beyond. It was a resounding success and will expand into a 2-day conference in 2025 from 8 to 9 July at the Carrousel du Louvre. https://www.raisesummit.com/ Ideal candidate profile: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales processes and operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in data analysis and process optimization. Responsibilities CRM Management: Support the maintenance and updating of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Sales Reporting : Help generate and distribute regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to sales teams and leadership. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline sales workflows, enhance efficiency, and support the sales team’s goals. Sales Enablement: Assist in the creation and distribution of sales tools and resources, such as presentations, product sheets, and training materials. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies, goals, and performance. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the sales operations team, including scheduling meetings and organizing resources. MUST HAVE Requirements: A learning agreement (Convention de Stage) from your University. Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field with a strong interest in Events Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring accuracy in sales reports and documentation. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to Learn: Open to developing new skills and expanding knowledge of sales operations and business processes.
