The Yseop Customer Success Team As part of the Yseop Customer Success team, the Project Manager Life Science role focuses on driving the implementation of Yseop solutions ensuring timely delivery to our Pharma customers. You’ll report to the Director of Customer Success EMEA based in Paris and join a global, diverse and international team of Consultants, Clinical Data Analysts, Project Managers and Customer Success Managers based both in Paris and New York City. Your mission How you will spend your time as our next Senior Implementation Project Manager Life Sciences. As Yseop’s Implementation Project Manager Life Sciences, you are responsible for taking requirements, managing schedule, planning of delivery and follow-up after implementation until value is reached. Yseop Project Manager’s responsibilities include: As Yseop’s Senior Project Manager Life Science, you are responsible for taking requirements, managing schedule, planning of delivery and follow-up after implementation until value is reached. Define and implement project plans, managing resources to deliver solutions that fully delight our customers. Quickly develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs and ability to identify how to configure the product accordingly, and speak with customers about the most relevant features and functionality for their specific requirements. Create a joint success plan with customers, outlining the use cases, outcomes and key business value to be achieved, with corresponding success metrics. Drive adoption of Yseop products, maximizing customer investment and accelerating time-to-value. Be solution-oriented and serve as a client advocate to Product Management, Support, and Engineering to help drive toward successful and timely resolutions. Handle escalations from project implementation teams and work across internal teams to resolve them. Create and maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific requirements. Advocate best practices standards for organizational change management, adoption, sustaining, and training. Your profile You will be successful if you are 3 years of client-facing project delivery and management experience implementing enterprise solutions for large, complex organizations Previous experience working with the Pharmaceutical Industry, with high level knowledge of the Drug Submission process is a significant plus Hands-on experience with release management, project delivery and solution implementation principles Demonstrate ability to quickly develop expertise with a new, enterprise SaaS product, and comfortable working in Agile development environments Committed to delivering outstanding customer service, supporting and driving our customers’ business success. Able to quickly understand the business, its issues, take ownership and develop and execute a strategy with the team that drives operational excellence and project delivery.
