Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Customer Care Associate . The right candidate will think and react quickly, formulate creative solutions to pressing problems, and serve our homeowners with dedication. Associate will interact with customers to address and resolve inquiries by taking ownership of the customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Serve as the human voice and personality behind our brand providing quality customer care with each and every homeowner interaction Effectively breakdown information and identify opportunities to gain homeowner agreement and trust Commit to treating customers and teammates with the utmost integrity and respect Challenge yourself and raise the bar for excellence in customer service Take ownership of every customer experience Utilize good judgement and understanding of company policy to effectively make decisions to resolve customer issues Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Ability to work overtime Ability to travel overnight Qualifications Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) One to three years related experience and/or training Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (real estate, retail, etc.) Excellent communication, decision making, persuasion and problem resolution skills Experience working in a fast-paced, goal oriented and team based structured environment Experience with tracking customer care incidents within a CRM system such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications Proficiency with MS Office and email Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
