We develop workforce strategies that are grounded in robust people insights and we aimed at supporting the organization in adapting to a rapidly changing environment. Are you the talented team player we are looking for? Job purpose As a Workforce Evolution Expert your primary goal is to forecast the workforce evolution needs and skillset, from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective. Your work will be rooted in a deep comprehension of our rapidly changing business environment, as well as strategic orientations of AXA GO, and your ability to monitor market trends. Your recommendations, coupled with the studies you conduct, will play a crucial role in shaping the Workforce Action Planning. This will help address strategic gaps in areas such as of sourcing & location strategy, recruitment, mobility, upskilling, reskilling, and seniority/proficiency…). Main missions Your responsibilities include: Define the total workforce trajectory (incl. demand & supply) over 3 years and simulate evolutions linked to workforce drivers (business growth, operating model, fast-pace technological cycles, new regulations, attrition…) Build and sustain a job cartography on existing and emerging job profiles, associated skillset and career paths. This will be made possible through your design and facilitation of dedicated workshops with business leaders. Provide tailored-made workforce studies (talents pipeline and hiring difficulty by location for a range job profiles, emerging and scarce skills, universities and graduates landscape…) with the support of the Talent Acquisition team and manage regular market watch that generate strategic insights for our business leaders. Steer/contribute to Workforce Action Planning addressing strategic gaps in terms of sourcing & location strategy, recruitment and mobility, up/reskilling, seniority/proficiency This work will require from you a great collaboration mindset with both business and HR colleagues. Act as a Single Point of Contact for a portfolio of Divisions / Departments for any workforce evolution strategy related topic. Ensure robust and consistent Workforce Evolution data foundations: AXA GO job architecture and associated referentials, skillset referentials… Contribute to mandatory publications and governance (social relations, strategic orientations…). Launch and manage project (incl. change management) for any strategic workforce related topic (skills-based organization, sourcing & location guidelines…). Acts as a “People / Job Insights” ambassador across the organization. EXPECTED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE We are looking for our new team player with the following experience and skills: Experience A minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in Human Resources with ideally an experience in a Center of Expertise (Workforce, Learning & Development…). And/Or an experience in IT Transformation or Operational Excellence is also very welcome as long as the candidate has a proven passion for People Insights / Human Resources topics.A proven experience in a global and complex matrix environment, ideally close to IT topics. A proven experience in project management / coordination at scale. Technical skills Proficiency with XLS. Usage of PowerBI is welcome. Proficiency with PPT and presentation in public. Statistics (nice-to-have) Project Management Change Management Knowledge of HR processes and expertise (learning, development, mobility, recruitment…) Act as an assertive advisor with business & HR stakeholders English fluent Soft skills / transversal skills Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work with details while making quick and easy-to-understand synthesis Builds networks Curiosity Ensures accountability, drives results Generates business and market insights Demonstrates a good understanding of financial topics, especially in business cases Balances stakeholders Demonstrates IT & Tech savviness Agile mindset to prioritize on business value and adapt to changing environment The division You will join the Group Operations Transformation division, aiming to accelerate the success of AXA Group Operations (GO) by providing simple and user-oriented services across Transformation and Change management, Human Resources and Communication. The department / team In the Group Operations Transformation division, you will join the Workforce Evolution & People Acquisition department. The department is composed of 2 main expertise: recruitment/sourcing and workforce. You will join the Workforce Evolution CoE.
