What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting students in the classroom to help them achieve their full potential Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management Working 1:1 or in small groups to support students with varying needs Helping students develop their literacy, language, and comprehension skills Providing pastoral support to ensure students feel safe and motivated What We’re Looking For: A recent graduate with a degree in English or a related subject A passion for teaching and working with young people Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn on the job The ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff Why Join Us?
