If you are a well organised, confident and motivated people person, you may be the perfect for a role as a Recruitment Resourcer. What is the role of a Recruitment Resourcer? As a Resourcer you will be supporting our team of Consultants who partner with clients across the North and North East of Scotland on their recruitment projects. Unlike a Consultant role, as a Resource you will not be required to develop business, you'll be responsible purely for candidates generation and management. What roles will you be recruiting for? Temporary positions (short term holiday/sickness cover or long term project support) Administrative and contact centre jobs Dundee, Perth areaDay to day, what will the role involve? Managing and engaging with your current temporary workforce Marketing: advertising positions on job boards and social media Interviewing candidates face to face and via video Recruitment admin, ensuring compliance of our workforce Keeping in touch with available candidates Working closely with Consultants and Management to ascertain candidate pool gaps and ensure up to date market knowledge Market researchHow will you be rewarded?
