Job Title: HR Coordinator Locations: Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta Workplace: Remote Are you an organized and detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for supporting diverse teams across multiple locations? We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our operations in BC & Alberta. This role will manage HR administrative tasks, ensure training compliance, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and provide answers to employee HR-related questions. If you’re looking to make a positive impact in the field of home health care and excel in HR coordination, we’d love to hear from you Duties & Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees across all locations, addressing questions related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR matters. Provide guidance on HR processes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations, as well as supporting managers in resolving employee relations issues, and/or facilitating performance management conversations. Ensure field employees complete all required in-service training and certifications, including tracking and documentation. Assist with posting job openings on job boards and company websites, and track applications, and coordinating interviews between candidates and managers. Manage the onboarding process for new hires while maintaining compliance with documentation and pre-employment checks Maintain and update employee information in HR systems such as PeopleSoft, ensuring accuracy in roles, hours worked, and other key data. Candidates Must Have Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or coordination roles. Experience managing employee training, recruitment, and compliance in a multi-site setting. College or University diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably within healthcare or multi-location environments. Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably PeopleSoft.
