Business Development Representative (EMEA)

We’re seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As a BDR/SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving growth within the solar, roofing and wider climate tech markets. This is a KPI driven role and ideal for new business graduates looking to break into tech. We are a mission driven company and you will align well with us if you are climate centric. Responsibilities Direct report to the CEO. Support the CEO in high-priority sales conversations and converting new business opportunities. Schedule and coordinate meetings between customer stakeholders and internal team. Manage regular communications with prospects and customers, including ghostwriting emails for the CEO. Prepare customer-facing decks and talking points for meetings. Identify and qualify potential customers using various sales automation tools and strategies. Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture and convert leads. Document all sales activities and interactions in the CRM (HubSpot, Attio). Attend cross-functional meetings and ensure deliverables are met. Understand and stay updated on the solar and roofing market trends. Requirements Proven experience with sales automation tools like Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Hunter, etc for prospecting. Proficiency in using CRM tools like Hubspot. Experience in creating and managing email campaigns. Work in person full time at our Paris office. About You Ideal candidate is hyper-competitive Hustler that wants to become an Account Executive as a clear path for this exists within 9 to 12 months Prior experience as a BDR, or SDR at a startup. Prior experience in climate tech, building tech, solar, and roofing is preferred. Fluency in English, ability to speak another language, German, French, or Spanish is ideal.
