Sales Advisor

Role: Sales Advisor Location: Cranbrook- Kent Company: Residential Housebuilder Salary: £28k - £40k – Pro rata Our client, a growing family run medium sized house builder is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to work part time or full time on their Cranbrook site. The role as a Sales Advisor will report directly to the Sales Manager. Key responsibilities: Ensuring the site and sales complex are presented to a consistently high standard. Maintaining all necessary information to provide accurate and comprehensive details to purchasers at all times. Guiding potential purchasers through show homes, stock plots, and the site to showcase the product fully. Regularly communicating with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers. Arranging customer attendance for home demonstrations with the Site Manager and managing the Company’s handover process. Assisting purchasers with any defects or customer care concerns following legal completion. Attending and recording minutes for weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager. Collaborating proactively with Sales Managers and colleagues to propose ideas for boosting sales.
