Reporting directly into the CEO you will be working closely the with TeamJobs leadership teams in the delivery of our company marketing strategy. Responsibilities: Own all marketing efforts, including social media posts, events, newsletters, mailers and sales supporting collateral Plan and oversee content calendar in line with the company's marketing goals General updating of company website and supporting SEO requirements Sharpen our tone of voice and brand personality Continuously assess, fine tune and deliver our marketing strategy and execution to expedite growth Keep up with the latest news and trends, and find creative and insightful ways to take part in the conversations Identify opportunities to turn trends into marketing campaigns - and collaborate with our operational and sales teams to execute it Experience Marketing skills and experience gained from either a similar role, or studying Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to news and trends Proficient in Canva, Google ads and all social media channels Resourcefulness, pro-activity, and excellent communication skills Ability to craft sharp, concise, and engaging copy with flair Able to converse at all levels and enjoy doing so Happy to work in a lively, vibrant office full of talkative, out-going people This is a Part-time role, with hours that can be flexible to suit a student, or candidates who have other commitments.
