Management Accountant

North Kent based Service Group based in over 24 countries are now looking to develop an FP&A Team within the UK based Head Office. Reporting to the Head of Finance and working in a team of 4 dedicated Management Accountants you will be responsible for:- Responsibilities of the FP&A/Management Accountant include:- Challenge monthly and year end figures Provide a clear understanding of current and future financial performance Gain a strong understanding of business strategy Provide expertise in FP&A tools, produce robust financial data and reports including KPI drivers and results Group consolidations, co-ordinate forecast cycles and display the ability to interrogate information Produce monthly management accounts for presentation to the Board Requirements of the FP&A/Management Accountant role:- First rate graduate with a strong academic background Newly qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA Minimum of 2 years management accounts experience and strong analytical skills Advanced Excel skills, dashboards, Vlookups, Xlookups etc Exceptional communication skills Global group background huge bonus Benefits of the FP&A/Management Accountant role:- Fantastic career progression and personal development 25 days holiday Bonus Free on site parking
