Job Description What is the role? Our central early years team is changing and we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for early education to become part of our dynamic and forward thinking early years team. As Co-ordinator (Early Years) the successful candidate will support the delivery of high quality early learning and childcare services across South Ayrshire. Candidates will have a proven track record of successfully leading innovation and improvement in early education. Extra Information: The Grade of this post is DHT/HT Point 3 with an annual salary of £66,606. The successful candidate will work from a designated office location. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU DETAIL A MINIMUM OF TWO REFEREES ON YOUR APPLICATION FORM. This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
