The main responsibilities of this role are: Designing and booking tailor-made travel experiences that meet diverse client needs. Engaging with prospective clients through various channels including online live chats, social media, telephone enquiries, and face-to-face interactions. Upselling holiday and travel add-ons to packages in line with customer desires. Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring clients' travel dreams are turned into reality. To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience in a retail travel/cruise environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively.
