Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sage 50 Accounts Administrator to join our lively, fun recruitment office based in the heart of Mumbles Swansea. We are seeking an Accounts Administrator with excellence in Sage 50 within a small / medium sized business environment. The role will involve the checking and processing of sales invoices, purchases, bank reconciliations and generating reports. We require an individual with professional confidence to set up and maintain company records within Sage 50 Accounts. Applicants must have a sound knowledge of sales and purchase ledgers, nominal ledger and VAT returns. This role is offered on a permanent, full time or part time basis and we are able to be flexible working hours depending on the applicants requirements. Please note this role is scaleable, should you be a qualified Sage 50 practitioner or company accountant the position can be broadened to include payroll and management accounts, however the first responsibility will be to ensure accurate, discrepancy free accounts. Should you be a recent accountancy graduate with experience of Sage 50, double entry bookkeeping, accruals accounting and VAT regulations then this might be a perfect first commercial role.
