This Teaching Assistant post can be part or full time, with scope for long term/permanent employment. If appointed as a Teaching Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to; supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, assisting class teachers during lessons and working effectively with the SEN Department. The ability to manage challenging pupil behaviour, reinforce a positive work attitude in teenagers and demonstrate a compassionate manner towards everyone at school, will all be key qualities when the team considers Teaching Assistant applications. The rates of pay for this Teaching Assistant position will range from £90 to £120 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.
