REQUIREMENTS Matric Qualified Fitting and Turning Trade Test Certificate 5 Years after trade experience DUTIES Complete all Fabrication Request feedback paperwork and major job requirements. Compile SOW and Bill of Materials for small fabrication request Complete all TSIS and H&S paperwork. Ensure all parts comply with procurement register and data pack - report any deviations. Ensure that all tools and equipment are available to execute tasks and plan a working procedure for the task Material cutting - Proper use of bandsaw, cut-off saw, cutting torch, grinder, etc. Mig welding: for general structures, barriers, base frames, etc. Tig welding: for FDB baskets, soaking pipes, manifolds, tanks, etc. Arc welding: for onsite welding, area that bigger machine cannot access.
