Your responsibilities: Attract top talent: Identify and recruit engineers, PhDs, and pharmacists based internationally, while promoting the spirit and values of our company. Manage the full recruitment process: From sourcing candidates on job boards and social media to conducting phone screenings and evaluation interviews. Support candidates: Guide and promote your candidates throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and effective closing process. What we’re looking for: Native or bilingual English is essential to interact with international candidates and stakeholders. A multicultural mindset: You are comfortable working in international environments and engaging with profiles from diverse cultural backgrounds. German is a plus. A Master’s degree (Bac 5), with a strong interest in recruitment and a commercial mindset. Energy, perseverance, and excellent adaptability to tailor your communication to different stakeholders. A desire to learn about the roles you recruit for and to continuously develop your skills.
