They are seeking a Band 7 Mammographer who will provide leadership and advanced clinical practice in breast imaging services. Main duties of the job · Deliver expert breast imaging services, including mammography interpretation, ultrasound, and breast interventional procedures (biopsies, cyst aspirations, etc.). · Provide clinical leadership, support and consultancy to the breast imaging team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals including radiologists, surgeons, oncologists, and pathologists. · Participate in and present breast imaging findings at multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings. · Ensure the highest standard of patient care, maintaining dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times. · Lead the development of breast imaging protocols and contribute to research, audit, and service development.
