Change Control Manager | Bicester | JR2412_0035 Join our dynamic Planning & Development team as we redefine Storage, Distribution, and Freight solutions to meet evolving customer needs YOUR ROLE We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our innovative Planning & Development team, a core unit responsible for developing Storage, Distribution, and Freight solutions tailored to evolving customer needs. In this exciting role, you will: Tackle new logistics challenges: Respond to changing customer requirements and provide creative, enhanced solutions. Lead customer interactions: Drive engagement to understand and adapt to change requirements, ensuring seamless status updates and tracker maintenance. Oversee project lifecycles: Identify and manage current, future, and in-progress projects with precision and insight. Collaborate on strategic solutions: Partner with the Contingent Operations Planning Manager, operations and Finance representatives to manage solutions and costing processes with an analytical mindset. Embrace this opportunity to make a significant impact in the world of logistics and customer solutions YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Head office is based in Bicester for this role, however we operate a hybrid working approach and reasonable location is not a concern First line engagement with customers to determine current and anticipate future requirements - Working with Key Account managers and customer Responsible for identifying solutions to current and future planning issues within the storage network Responsible for the delivery of robust solutions to meet customer requirements Carry out system data analysis whilst focusing on enhanced delivery solutions Liaison with Operations and Customer representatives with regards to Change Management Develop and manage direct relations between key stakeholders YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES This role would suit an individual with good knowledge of the logistics process (A veteran with military logistics knowledge may find this advantageous) Analytical skills, capable of understanding customer requirements Experience of working within and managing matrix teams to achieve objectives Solution design and resource calculation ability Excellent relationship building skills, capable of using various tools to communicate at all levels.
