Predominantly responsible for the management of relationships within a client bank worth just over £250,000 in annual fees - you would oversee budgets and profitability for this portfolio. As part of this role, you would have direct reporting lines for a pool of 8 accountants of mixed experiences from graduates up to senior qualified staff. With one of the better reputations across the Midlands, this firm is beginning to compete and beat the national firms Description Full responsibility for portfolio of clients - planning, overseeing and reviewing jobs; review and file work; liaise with build relationships Carry out management of your team - appraisals, 1-2-1's, on-the-job training You will also have a level of involvement with the business development and networking side of the business - up for discussion Profile ACA or ACCA qualified At least 2 years of experience managing and growing your own portfolio Experience in managing teams Ideally, have IRIS experience Confident, personable and a good leader Job Offer Subsidised parking Competitive salary (£DOE) Flexible working Auto-enrolment pension
