Job Description

Electrical Tester Manchester We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors. Responsibilities Undertake routine maintenance and servicing to electrical systems and appliances to required standards Trace, locate and rectify faults and ensure systems and appliances are left in a safe and serviceable condition Report all faulty appliances / installations that do not comply with current regulations Replace electrical sockets and fittings Replace consumer units Rewire domestic properties both occupied and void Requirements: Electrical test engineer with 2391, 18th edition Minimum Level 3 NVQ Experience in EICR Testing in social and Private Housing Driving Liencse This list of responsibilities and requirements are not exhaustive, and some degree of flexibility is required to support the success of the department.
