Our client is an extremely successful, non-selective Sixth Form College situated in Surrey. They pride themselves on creating a friendly and dynamic atmosphere for all students and staff. Our client is one of the few colleges in the country to achieve ‘Outstanding’ in all areas of their last two full Ofsted inspections. The new Chair of Trustees will lead the Academy Trust in ensuring that it fulfils its responsibilities for the governance of the College. Working in partnership with the Principal, senior staff and Clerk, you will help achieve the College’s mission and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be a strategic visionary with a passion for education and community development. This role demands a commitment to upholding the College's ethos, enhancing its educational provision and optimising the relationship between the Academy Trust, students, staff and stakeholders of the College.
