Responsibilities: Conducting sales calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Optimus Search as a trusted business partner. Participating in client meetings and negotiating rates. Writing job adverts and creating engaging social media content to attract top candidates. Headhunting for candidates with specific skill sets. Coordinating interviews and offering roles to successful candidates. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
