Backed by a winder investment group that turnover £500 million across the UK, this is an exciting time to join the team as a Graduate Sales Trainee. What will the role involve? In your first few months you will receive a thorough induction, spending time in each department of the business with a training guide to complete. Your time will initially be spent in the warehouse to fully understand that part of the business before moving across to the sales team where you will be managing existing clients and also be given the opportunity to seek out new customers. With your account base including electrical wholesalers, fire specialist installers and more, you will focus on a number of key accounts that you will meet with regularly, looking to develop long-term relationships. With full training provided, this is an ideal role for someone with no industry experience that's seeking a long term sales role.
