REQUIREMENTS Matric 10 years experience with admin and basic finance Competence with MSWord and Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills DUTIES Oversee day-to-day administrative functions with precision and efficiency Making bookings for clients and manage diary Receipting of the invoices from the day before and rebooking for the following month Creating invoices in word and writing up the treatment report book to give to the technician to do his work the next day Scanning of the signed invoices and emailing to the client Following up on outstanding invoices Salary: R12 000 R15 000 dependent on experience.
