Job Description

Our client is seeking an HR Intern to support the HR team and ensure smooth human resources operations. Requirements: Education: Grade 12 or equivalent Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft, Basic Computer skills. Experience with MS Office Soft Skills: Time Management and Organization. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team. Motivation and Positive Attitude Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Assistance: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview materials and assist in interview preparation. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by preparing new hire paperwork. Employee Wellness Programs: Help design and implement employee wellness initiatives (e.g., fitness challenges, mental health workshops, or health fairs). Training and Development: Help coordinate and schedule training sessions. General HR Support: Provide general administrative support, such as organizing HR files. Policies. Assist with internal communication tasks, such as creating or distributing company-wide emails or newsletters.
