Job Description

Our client is seeking a Junior Aftersales Support Specialist to assist dealers and ensure smooth Aftersales operations. Requirements: Education: Grade 12 or equivalent Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft, Basic Computer skills. Experience with MS Office Key Responsibilities: Aftersales Support: Support the Aftersales Team with dealer communication Central point of contact and communication thereof Assist and follow up with dealer queries Dealer communication in Aftersales Assist with Dealer stock holding reconciliations Dealer special requests and the escalation thereof Aftersales processes & Documentation: Follow Aftersales processes to handle incidents, problems, and requests. Escalate complex dealer parts issues to Business managers or Commercial managers when necessary. Maintain up-to-date documentation, dealer network support procedures, and call logging from dealer network. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting preventive measures. Communication: Monthly and weekly communication to dealer network regarding tracking and monthly performance. Assist Business managers with parts tracking. Weekly reports to be drafted regarding dealer queries and exceptional cases. Social Media and internal marketing communication.
