Position Overview : - You are part of the software development team. - You will lead and manage an agile team and responsible to design, develop, test and release new features, enhancements and bug fixes for Alepo web portal and self-care products for our global customers who provide 5G, 4G, LTE, 2G/3G, Wimax, WiFi & Broadband services. - You will ensure that team members adhere to Alepo coding guidelines & processes related to unit testing, code reviews and acceptance test driven development. Required Qualifications : - BE/B.TECH in Computer Science/Computer or MCA from an accredited college or technical institute. Experience : - 5 years Primary Skills : - Fullstack Development - Java - J2ee, Exp on Struts/ Hibernate - Angular - Understanding of threads - Should have worked on Tomcat/ JBoss/ Websphere - Should have worked with MySQL, MS-SQL / Oracle - Worked on Agile Methodology - Worked on Jira/Eclipse/SVN - Knowledge of Automation tools-Robot Framework/Selenium - Good debugging skills and experience in writing JUNIT test cases - Exp on Liferay/Wicket would be Preferred Desired Skills : - Use Unit testing for 80% of code coverage - Should ensure 100% Code Reviews from Peers and Leads - Should strive for Zero defects - Should ensure on time completion of sprints with 100% committed user stories - Achieve 100% functional testing using automation ensure high level of product quality Key Responsibilities : - Should be able to lead and drive Sprint Planning meeting to pick up User stories - Should be able to coach & guide team related to design & develop based on user stories and acceptance criteria to completion as per definition of done - Take ownership of modules / projects and ensure proper delivery/deployment on time. - Write test cases using Junit - Should be able to clearly explain verbally and in writing, solutions to Customers, if required - Identify the root cause of issues reported - Should be able to lead and manage an agile team of upto seven members - Should be able to analyse and identify issues, fix them and make maintenance releases (ref:hirist.tech)
