Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Role and Responsibilities (KRAs) : - Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and ensure transparency. - Oversee the development and implementation of Python and React.js applications, providing technical guidance and support as needed. - Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage changes to project scope and schedule. - Ensure high-quality project deliverables through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and learning. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals. - Support the transition of projects from development to production, ensuring smooth handover and operational readiness. Here are the minimum qualifications we look for: - Minimum Graduation Degree In B.E./B.Tech/BCA - Background in Python required - Minimum of 5 years of experience. Knowledge and Technical Skills : - Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on managing Python and React.js projects. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. - Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise project documentation. - Experience working in 0-1 stage companies, with a track record of successfully delivering projects in a startup environment. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams effectively and stakeholders. - Experience with AWS, DevOps, familiarity with other front-end and back-end technologies is preferred Soft Skills : - Excellent documentation skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to mentor and guide team members. - Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
