Job Description : SAP IAG Configuration Position : SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance) Configuration Specialist Experience : Minimum 5-10 Years of Total Experience Job Type : Full-Time Notice : 30 Days Job Locations : Pan India Shift : UK Based shift(30) Qualification : Any Graduation / Post Graduation Must Have : SAP IAG, Cloud Key Responsibilities : 1. SAP IAG Implementation and Configuration : - Configure and implement SAP IAG for user provisioning, access control, and risk analysis. - Integrate IAG with other SAP and non-SAP systems. 2. Access Governance and Security : - Develop and maintain access control policies, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit compliance checks. - Perform periodic risk assessments and mitigate identified risks. 3. Integration Management : - Collaborate with the Basis, Security, and Functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAG with SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC). - Configure integrations between IAG and SAP Access Control (GRC), SAP Cloud Identity, or other identity providers. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration : - Work with business users and audit teams to gather requirements and define governance strategies. - Provide support during internal and external audits. 5. System Maintenance and Support : - Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure the IAG solution operates optimally. - Deliver post-implementation support and troubleshooting. 6. Documentation and Training : - Prepare technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user manuals. - Train end-users and administrators on IAG functionalities and processes. Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience : 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) and/or SAP Access Control (GRC). - Proven track record in implementing and configuring SAP IAG solutions. Skills : - In-depth understanding of SAP IAG features such as Access Analysis Service, User Access Reviews, and Emergency Access Management. - Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts and SoD frameworks. - Experience with cloud-based SAP systems and tools like SAP Cloud Identity. - Proficiency in scripting, debugging, and resolving integration challenges. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
