REQUIREMENTS Matric qualification Fluent in both Afrikaans and English. Own transport is essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills Enthusiastic and willing to learn Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus Must be willing to work late from time to time during peak season Office Hours: Monday Friday 07:30 16:30 DUTIES Reporting to the Branch Manager Serve as the primary contact for walk-in clients Manage the switchboard and assist clients over the phone Oversee social media inquiries, respond to messages and follow up with potential customers Follow up with web-generated leads Provide quotations and sell products/services to clients Conduct general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office organization Maintain and update client records and sales databases Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations Maintain a neat and tidy working environment Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
