Shipping Officer

The ideal candidate is a university graduate with an interest in the world of shipping and foreign contacts who possesses problem solving skills, communication skills, attention to detail and precision. Main activities: Scheduling and coordinating the loading of trucks and containers; Booking couriers; Issuing transport documents for Italian, European and non-European destinations; Issuing customs documents; Managing daily and monthly invoicing; Organising the transfer of goods for Exhibitions and Service Lab; Collecting and filing duly signed transport documents; Managing the return of goods. Requirements: Knowledge of the English language; Previous experience in the sector is considered preferential. Why Unox?
