What you'll be doing: Supporting students with a tailored curriculum, focusing on key and functional skills. Working with students of various abilities (small classes of 6-8) to foster learning and development. Contributing to the improvement of students' lives by providing them with a sense of purpose and direction in their education. Collaborating with therapists and mental health specialists to deliver targeted interventions.What we're looking for: Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field) or previous SEN experience. Strong interest in mental health and Autism. A keen interest in SEN and understanding of learning and behavioral needs, including SEMH.
