Senior Staffing Co-Ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Staffing Co-Ordinator at Watford FC. Location: Watford FC Rate of pay: £35,000-£37,000 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days Key Responsibilities: Creating rotas to ensure fully staffed for match days and non match days Set up systems to assess staff performance, give feedback, and resolve any issues Create training to improve staff skills and support their career growth Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team and understand their roles Requirement: Previous experience in a similar environment/role is essential What's in it for you?
