Supply SEN Teaching Assistant Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teach Now is looking for dedicated Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to work in our fantastic client schools across Waltham Forest. About the Role: Supply SEN Teaching Assistant: As a Supply SEN TA, you will play a key role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), and other learning difficulties. You will: • Assist students 1:1 or in small groups to help them engage with learning. • Support class teachers with lesson delivery, ensuring all students have equal opportunities. • Encourage positive behaviour and social interactions in a nurturing environment. • Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles. • Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and parents to support students’ progress.
