Teach Now is looking for dedicated Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to work in our fantastic client schools across Waltham Forest. About the Role: Supply SEN Teaching Assistant: As a Supply SEN TA, you will play a key role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), and other learning difficulties. You will: • Assist students 1:1 or in small groups to help them engage with learning. • Support class teachers with lesson delivery, ensuring all students have equal opportunities. • Encourage positive behaviour and social interactions in a nurturing environment. • Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles. • Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and parents to support students’ progress.
